It&#8217;s very easy to do and only takes a few seconds to create an account.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve found the planning application you would like to view (via the online map or search function) you will find details of how to comment using the &#8216;comment&#8217; function or via e mail. This can be submitted via <a href=\"mailto:planninghandl@argyll-bute.gov.uk\">planninghandl@argyll-bute.gov.uk<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p>A&amp;B Council aims to acknowledged any notifications of a breach within 3 working days by letter or email. We then aim to inform the complainant of the result of the investigation within 25 working days. At that time, you would be advised of whether there is a breach, the level of priority attached to the case and the initial findings and how the Council propose to proceed if that is possible.\u00a0 It is not always possible to anticipate the length of time required for resolution by negotiation or on a decision on whether to take action or not.
