Following discussion at the Community Council it was\u00a0agreed<\/strong> on the 12th December that the Community Council would follow a framework in its approach to matters of planning within the Cove and Kilcreggan area and beyond.\u00a0 Please click on the link below to read this.\u00a0 The Community Council will keep this approach under review but it aims to increase transparency around decision making regarding planning applications (support \/ object \/ concerns raised).<\/p>\n

You can find local planning applications on the Argyll and Bute website at this<\/a> address.<\/p>\n

To comment on planning applications you will need to register (free of charge) with Argyll and Bute’s online planning portal<\/a>. It’s very easy to do and only takes a few seconds to create an account.<\/p>\n

Once you’ve found the planning application you would like to view (via the online map or search function) you will find details of how to comment using the ‘comment’ function or via e mail. You can view other public comments and associated planning application documents in the ‘documents’ section within the application you’re viewing.<\/p>\n
